You never know. My friends brother was going to grad school at UCLA, him and friends were crammed into a nice condo near the school and all of a sudden heard a loud bang. they run out, there is smoke coming out of a neighbors basement and this guy is going down the street, “ its ok we have it under control don’t call the cops.” needless to say cops and firedept show up, giant meth lab .

in tx if i rolled up in that to get inspection for re upping registration i’m pretty sure i would not be successful, they don’t cotton to that kind of foolishness in my experience, i’ve been turned down for a lot less than that
